~ IRON TONIC ~
This brew is amazing during pregnancy to boost your iron levels, particularly helpful to those who are vegetarian or vegan. It contains 4 simple ingredients *dandelion root *yellow dock root *molasses and water.
In a pot add 28 grams of dandelion and yellow dock root and 4 cups of water, simmer until it has reduced down to 1 cup of water. Strain.
Add 1 cup of molasses and mix together.
Take up to 3 tablespoons per day.
